         Massage Therapy

Thank You for visiting my Massage Therapy page. I appreciate the opportunity to share with you what I love to do most. My main goal as a Massage Therapist is to help people be free from pain, to help people move more freely and comfortably in their day to day activities, to help bring peace of mind and harmony to everyone, and to share the information I have been fortunate to gain over the years on how to gain and maintain a healthy lifestyle.  With these goals in mind, your experience on my table may be a bit different than you have experienced with Massage therapy. Neuromuscular therapy (See description below) can be described as being very clinical, specific, and methodically applied and is very effective for pain, injury both old and new, and with rehabilitation. I am told by clients that the massage I give feels well balanced between a relaxing rhythmic massage with the clinically applied Neuromuscular therapy known for its effectiveness.  For more information on some of the massage techniques, I offer please scroll below.
